We are currently looking for cultural correspondents with a keen interest in all things Birmingham to write for us. We have a commitment to keeping this vibrant city in the midst of massive change well-informed and we need your input to help keep our guide to cutting edge arts & culture in Birmingham, on point.

If you have a particular interest/area you’d like to write about, ideas for what you’d like to see on the site, events and happenings you think we should know about and support and/or are looking for writing experience and a chance to boost your published profile, we’d love to hear from you.

To apply to write for us email info@birminghamwire.co.uk with a written 150 – 300 word preview of an event coming up over the next few months (copied into the body of the email) + 2-3 ideas for other previews.

Previews can fit into any of our categories (arts & culture, theatre, comedy, food & drink music, clubs etc) or anything of broad cultural interest that adds to the colour of our city.

We welcome any contributions that support the cultural goings-on in the city and we’re happy to spread the news wherever we can.
