Take to the canals on a floating artistic foraging adventure aboard kayaks with the infamous local horticulturist Alys Fowler. Host of forager’s favourite ‘The Edible Garden’ on BBC2, author, regular Guardian columnist and former Gardeners’ World presenter Alys will lead you on a kayak tour alongside the artists Ming De Nasty and Sarah Wilson. Starting at Roundhouse Birmingham, experience Birmingham’s historic canals up close on this tour and explore the hidden bounties of nature hidden within the city’s urban environment. Finish up with herbal teas and foraged food feasting.
