Global smash hit Les Misérables The Arena Concert Spectacular is coming to Birmingham next year.
West End icon Cameron Mackintosh, in association with Nick Grace Management, confirmed that the show’s world tour would be adding further dates, including a run of performances at Birmingham’s Utilita Arena from Thu 11 Jun – Sun 14 Jun 2026.
Boublil and Schönberg’s epic musical is currently celebrating its 40th anniversary, and is now regarded as the longest-running musical in the world. Following a record-breaking two-year run since the World Tour opened in Belfast in September 2024, more than one million tickets (and counting) have been sold worldwide.
Les Misérables The Arena Concert Spectacular was expanded from the hugely successful Les Misérables The Staged Concert, which played for over 200 record-breaking performances in the West End, including a famous 25th Anniversary performance at The O2. It features an extraordinary new design specifically created for larger venues and an electrifying production enhanced with new set and lighting designs that present the show on a whole new scale.
Full casting for the new dates, which also include runs at Dublin’s 3Arena, London’s Royal Albert Hall, and New York’s Radio City Music Hall, is yet to be announced.
