Bollywood comes to Birmingham this summer as Soho House celebrates with an al fresco evening of exotic entertainment that is sure to beat your regular Saturday night sundowner. Handsworth’s Soho House in partnership with the Travelling Cinema Company will transport you to Mumbai for one evening only, with an open-air showing of Danny Boyle’s blockbuster, Slumdog Millionaire. Guests are invited to relax on your picnic blankets or recline in deckchairs as the sun sets and soak up, what’s set to be, a beautiful summer evening filled with spiced delights. Seeing Bollywood dancers on the big screen just wasn’t enough for Soho House, Bollywood-style dancers will provide the perfect warm up act for your Indian Summer Night and to top it off an array of Indian street food will be available to enjoy. So grab a blanket, feast on samosas and immerse yourself in Mumbai at Soho House.
