A whole year after Run the Riddum welcomed legendary grime DJ Spooky to Suki10c, the stage is set for producer/DJ Faze Miyake and grime trio YGG to set the graffiti-adorned venue alight yet again. Whether or not you’ve heard his name before, there’s a good chance you’ll have heard London-based Miyake’s music, with his distinctively dark, grimey instrumentals frequently finding their way onto the legal and pirate airwaves alike. Also representing London are YGG – short for You Get Grime – an emergent group injecting the grit back into grime. Growing in popularity in 2015 through the help of internet radio stations such as Radar Radio, this talented crew of MCs are poised to take 2016 by storm. Completing the lineup are RTR selectors El Tel, Nuvaman, FoxMind, and Werdna.
