On bank holiday weekend, Boxxed is transformed into a skating rink as beginners and pro-skaters alike glide across the dance floor to the sound of classic pop anthems. A throwback to the roller disco craze of the ‘80s crossed with a modern-day all-night rave, Rollermania is a discotheque that transcends time and place, creating an experience truly like no other. The price of entry also includes the option to hire skates from the in-house hire centre should you not have your own, ensuring that no would-be skater is left behind. Divided into three main sessions, attendees are able to choose their preferred skating slot in advance and skate across multiple sessions if they so wish – or perhaps they’d prefer to take a break from the rink to chill out and sample some of the food and drink on offer. Even if you’re not the best skater the world has ever seen, there is something for everyone here.
