Birmingham’s very own noisy heroes Johnny Foreigner celebrate the release of their 5th studio album Mono No Aware with a party at The Sunflower Lounge. Established in 2005 and possessing a unique and energetic indie style that manages to recall bands like Foals and Modest Mouse amongst others. We should be very proud of Johnny Foreigner in this city and who knows, maybe they’ll play ‘Sometimes in the Bull Ring’. And remember, if you can’t be honest be awesome. Birmingham’s wonderfully named Sunshine Frisbee Laserbeam provide pop punk support as do The Spills and Repeat of Last Week.
