Food, drink, hip hop and a Saturday afternoon – it’s very much a match made in Digbeth. It’s brunch people, but not as you know it. Who says you can only party at night when Saturday afternoons now have so much to offer? Taste & Liquor and No21digbeth have made it their mission to bring you a hip hop take on a weekend staple. A boozy brunch, as DJs play classic hip hop combining the very best of a night out with the most welcome (and laziest) meal of the week. Between 12pm and 1pm there will be bottomless cocktails – think hot rum punch and hot chocolate cocktails (hot chocktails?) and a fantastic crock of soul food to meet all of your food needs for the entire day. Street food traders will be hawking their gorgeous goods and we’ve been told we can expect jerk chicken, burgers, hotdogs and fried chicken with waffles – all served of course, with a side of beats. So if you like your hip hop vibes, comfort food and cocktails, look no further.
