Everyone’s favourite Birmingham musical party animals are bringing their live mayhem to the Hare & Hounds for a headlining show in October. It’s been a great year for the Ranters, they blew away the crowds at Moseley Folk Festival and Kings Heath street closure events and released barnstorming new EP ‘Half Quixote’. If you haven’t experienced one of the boys stomping live sets yet I can only imagine you’ve been seriously incapacitated in some way over the last year. Otherwise there can be no excuse. This is going to be one of their last shows for awhile so whatever your circumstances drag yourself down to Kings Heath for a Saturday night filled to overflowing with all the groove therapy a person could possibly need. The excellent Terror Watts will be providing rocking support. What’s cooking mama? Brumabilly rhythmic joy that’s what.

Sat 8 Oct 9pm at Hare and Hounds, High Street, Kings Heath, Birmingham B14 7JZ £7 hareandhoundskingsheath.
