As a prelude to the much awaited 2nd album ‘The Dreaming Room’ set for release in June, the Kings Heath superstar returns to play her new work, sprinkled with a little extra gold dust from collaborations with the likes of Nile Rodgers and Snarky Puppy (amongst others). The headline tour and success of Rodgers-infused single Overcome have added to her glittering repertoire taking her from strength to strength. The lyrical poetic authenticity is still in strong voice, despite the almost crushing downpour of accolades, awards and nominations. You can’t keep a good girl down and this one is still soaring.
