Join Kawabata Makoto and the boys as they take you on a journey into extreme trip music. Unlike any other band on the planet, which is quite prescient as their music is an unearthly head fuck, there are several offshoots all formed by Makoto and with slightly different names. He explained it thus ‘each and all of them will be true manifestations of Acid Mothers Temple.’ With an insanely huge back catalogue of original music spanning twenty years and some incredible collaborations in the bag; our favourite being Acid Mothers Gong, the huge communal psychedelic juggernaut of progressive Japanese rock will be doing whatever they want. See the Guardian this week for storming review’s of the UK tour so far.
