The Custard Factory has a great knack for hosting off key events that offer something different from the mundane. Digmas is just such an event. An independent Christmas fair with an astonishing array of fun family orientated activities. The kids can visit Santa in his grotto, listen to storytelling, join in craft workshops and get their faces painted. Quality presents can be bought at the gift market with gorgeous hand-crafted wares from the fabulous Paperdolls crew and hungry bellies can get their fill from some of Birmingham’s top street food vendors. SPARK South Asian Arts Fest Launch Party at Ort Cafe

We love Moseley on market day – a proper bustling community vibe complete with gorgeous coffee shops and hand-crafted curios. The excellent arts market is always worth a mooch with a wide range of locally produced arts and crafts and along with the monthly farmer’s market opposite you can bag up tasty treats unavailable anywhere on the High Street.

Heducation Presents DJ Sparra at The Dark Horse
The Heducation crew have laid on a real doozy of an event tonight, not only will your heads be filled with the usual high end beats, breaks and bleeps, but the legendary two times DMC Technics UK Champ DJ Sparra will be thrashing your senses within an inch of their lives. Sparra has supported the likes of EPMD, House of Pain and MC Duke in the past, his sets are blistering.

Sunday Xpress at Centrala
The fine arts mash up of music, spoken word, visuals and unexpected tasteful shenanigans brings to an end a fine series of Sunday evening happenings throughout 2017 with their end of year bash. Birmingham musical royalty and ex Duran Duraner Andy Wickett is launching new material, patrons will also get to worship at The Church of Elvis and psych rockers Dogmess will be a leaving a riot of punk rock noise for you to step in.
