Two days of incredible and entirely free entertainment and events for every age and inclination featuring live acrobatics, crazy cardboard theatre, loads of live music, cutting edge dance, street food, puppetry and of course a live sheep race. With an almost surreal urban farm theme flavouring the antics,  watch out for Farmer Giles who will be wheeling his own five bar gate about, over which to dispense philosophical wisdom and rudely request you get orf his land. He knows his stuff. Plenty to do for the kids including a mini farm filled with furry critters for the little ones to pet and vintage rides. as well as storytelling with a contemporary twist and dog & duck racing and sheep dancing (what could possibly go wrong?). We are especially excited about getting down to The Rajasthan Brass Band and rocking out to the punk folk mayhem of local noise boys The Destroyers. Saturday night in The Arcadian from 7pm is going to be special with several live bands and performances and with the weather forecast pointing to a scorcher, it’s going to be a great weekend down Hurst Street way.
