SheBeat and Andrew Souter at Yorks Cafe
After a mini sojourn to the Ikon site the Yorks Monday Night showcase returns to its city centre home with a wonderful double header of local singer songwriting talent. SheBeat’s infectious indie folk pop possesses a wickedly delicious edge, our favourite track Always On the Run is catchy and evocative. We’re especially excited about the alt folk of Andrew Souter whose superb new EP; replete with full band, has been receiving great reviews, check it out here. Andrew has intriguely promised to drop a Smiths B side into tonight’s performance.
