P Cafe Relaunch
For several years P cafe has been a relevant cultural hub in the heart of Stirchley staging cutting edge exhibitions from local artists as well as spoken word, music and film events all complemented by a great cafe and friendly vibe. Now Ham with Stone Roses tour DJ Dave Booth at 1,000 Trades
Part of the Stone Roses setup from the start, DJing at their gigs and gaining a reputation as an innovator with his unique mixing of sixties classics with contemporary tunes, Dave Booth played a legendary role in the whole Madchester scene. Expect an all-vinyl six hour set featuring the likes of Japan, Talk Talk, Vissage, China Crisis and The The. Also a perfect excuse to visit this hip new Jewellery Quarter venue.

CircusMASH Family Day at the British Oak
The British Oak’s marquee becomes a circus tent for the afternoon with CircusMASH on hand to teach kids both small, big and adult sized the very necessary skills of plate spinning, juggling and tightrope walking amongst others. If dad’s had a pint probably best if he just watches though.
