At the forefront of all good things and bread in Birmingham (and also partial to the odd aubergine – see more here), Peel & Stone are set to take us on a taste adventure to the Middle East via Harborne on July 28th. Taking its inspiration from Yotam Ottolenghi and with a menu created by Peel and Stone’s head chef who worked under Ottolenghi for 3 years, expect the God of Plenty’s distinctive take on the region’s cuisine, with an emphasis on vegetables, interesting pairings of ingredients and core Middle-Eastern flavours with a twist. With vegan options available and a pair of steady hands at the helm of this food journey, this is guaranteed to be an eating experience that will have you swooning like an imam bayildi.

Fri 28 Jul, 5pm – 10pm, Peel & Stone, 374 High Street, Harborne, Birmingham B17 9PY,
