Food & drink meets drama at theatre pub The Victoria and sister eaterie Marmalade with adventures in film with Flatpack Festival (see our full preview here). Swanning in like a favourite drunk luvvie uncle, comes the gorgeously grandiose Victoria, hosting several Flatpack festival events including Late Night Work Club’s evening of out-there animated intrigue, some seriously quirky shorts and a night of comedy films traversing the UK to the US (with Finland’s F***ing Bunnies thrown in for good measure). Themes include Satanist sex cults, a horor rom com, our own beloved New Street and a porn film that raises awareness of global warming. Eat, drink and be entertained. Meanwhile at Marmalade none other than top-notch Caribbean chef Levi Roots is offering a special menu to perfectly complement the Rep’s One Love: The Bob Marley Musical. Once you’re over the puntastic  ‘jammin at Marmalade’ type possibilities expect serious soulfood and themed cocktails (with not a can of Red Stripe in sight). Acoustic afternoon sessions also accompany the Sunday lunch menu to continue the musical theme.
