The deadpan cowboy miserabilst and inspiration for the Simpson’s Moe Szyslak returns to Birmingham for the first time in two years. A wonderful opportunity to see the star of several BBC4 documentaries such as ‘Rich Hall’s You Can Go To Hell I’m Going To Texas’ in the close up and intimate surroundings of the Glee Club. Never short of an acerbic aside or for that matter tirade, his observations on the absurdities of life have won him a whole raft of awards. We love him best for sticking the boot into Tom Cruise’s ridiculous behaviour, find the clip, and for being in low budget low quality 80’s horror sequel Chud II: Bud The Chud! Comedic royalty.
