*POSTPONED* Bongo’s Bingo | Sat 27 Aug | Rainbow | £6
Crossing bingo with a rave might seem like a bit of a wacky idea – and it is. But it’s a wacky idea that has found success in Liverpool, Manchester and Leeds, and now it’s Birmingham’s turn to enjoy the madness for one time only. This eccentric event pumps out the best in bass music, hip hop and pop to a roomful of ravers scribbling out numbers on scraps of card in the hope of winning big. A fusion of music, comedy and pure randomness, Bongo’s Bingo is an event that demands to be experienced. See our feature here.
