Another much-anticipated Moseley Folk offering, John Grant’s incessant intelligent output and huge cult following apparently knows no bounds. His niche sounds, multiple nominations and collaborations with a bunch of musical luminaries including Sinead O’Connor, Goldfrapp and Elton John, plus a recent symphonic tour and now the release of his third album ‘Grey Tickles’ are all part of his well publicised artistic renaissance. It’s worth snapping up tickets fast for Grant’s visit to the city in June, before he hits the (cooler) festival circuit in earnest.
