A three-way collaboration between Coloré, Moulin Groove and Fables brings Session Victim to the Hare and Hounds for a three-hour, vinyl-only set. With roots in soul and disco, Session Victim are an endlessly innovative house and techno DJ/production duo with big ideas from small German town Lüneberg. They are perhaps best known for their 2012 release ‘Good Intentions’, which remains a go-to record in many a soulful underground DJ set; and their second LP ‘See You When You Get There’ was featured on various 2014 end-of-year lists, including DJ History and XLR8R. Digging down into a vinyl collection representing several decades of hip hop, funk and soul, as well as an assortment of rare house and techno records only ever committed to wax, there is nothing that Session Victim enjoy more than unearthing treasures buried deep in the dusty vaults of dance subterranea. Join them as they present their findings at this end-of-summer blowout.
