Famed for his in-your-face, obnoxious bassline (in the best kind of way), DJ Q is a master selector who thrives at fast tempos and loves experimenting with quick-fire mixes on the fly, armed with some of the hottest dubplates in the game. Put it this way: your Shazam won’t be able to pick all of this up. UK bass upstart Holy Goof joins Q fresh from a nationwide tour that solidified his claims to the bass music throne, while Nottingham DJ/producer Darkzy (you might have heard his ‘One Dance’ remix) also steps in to lay down some gully riddims. And as is par for the course with 02.31, it’s a jam-packed line-up with 20+ DJs vying for your attention, including Notion, DJ Haus, DJ Chef and Killa P. Esteemed guest is Cause & Affect, who’s sure to keep the bass down low and dirty for this one.
