Millennium Point and Beatfreeks have teamed up to present a series of cultural events where poets and musicians celebrate changes between times influenced by Birmingham Museum Trust and the Museum Collection Centre on the themes of technology, literacy and generations, in specially commissioned pieces. Jordanne Cameron is a poet who aims to push messages of positivity and self-care through her work. Reuben Field is a spoken word artist,  his work focuses on social commentary through fictional stories. Award winning singer songwriter Namiwa Jazz hails from Birmingham also performing will be soul singer Madi Saskia. There are limited open mic spaces available. This is a free event.
