A seismic clash between two of the edgiest manifestations of populist anger to explode at the end of the last century,  Mathieu Kassovitz’s raging piece of urban cinematic nihilism La Haine and the punk hip-hop hardcore of Asian Dub Foundation. Dr. Das and his crew originally performed a live score to Kassovitz’s film way back in 2001 and went on to do likewise for movie classics Battle of Algiers and THX 1138. It makes for an incredible live experience. The ADF La Haine soundtrack has been fine tuned and Vincent Cassel’s cop hating Vinz has never looked or sounded so good.
