A special open-air screening will see Birmingham’s leading digital tech campus become an alfresco cinema this month.

Hosted by the folks at Flatpack, a mobile arts organisation renowned for transforming unlikely spaces into memorable film-inspired get-togethers, the group’s latest flick of choice will be the beloved Back to the Future.

The canalside development will invite guests to experience the time-travelling 80s classic like never before, complete with drinks, street food and sci-fi DJs who’ll be getting things going before the film kicks off.

Seating is provided in the form of deckchairs, though organisers do encourage guests to bring a couple of extra layers…just in case.

Flatpack’s Back to the Future screening comes to the Innovation Birmingham Campus on Thu 19 Sep. Doors open at 6pm and the film starts at 7.30pm. Tickets are on sale now, grab yours using the button below.
