The Girls in Dance Festival comes to Midlands Arts Centre this summer, promising a high-energy afternoon of inspiration and empowerment.

Promising a safe space for girls aged 13-18 to connect, grow and be themselves, the festival offers the chance to have fun, make friends, learn new skills and find out more about careers in dance.

Taking place on Mon 28 Jul, from 10am – 4.30pm, the inclusive event is open to any girl who enjoys dancing in any capacity.

Curated and organised by the AWA Dance charity, the unique event will feature dance workshops, interactive stalls, professional role models and shopping stalls.

Everyone involved in the festival’s organisation and delivery are women and have been safeguarding trained.

Tickets include a goodie bag from AWA Dance and lunch provided by MAC. For more information, or to book your ticket, click the button below.
