A hit stage adaptation of Peaky Blinders returns to Birmingham later this year.
The Redemption of Thomas Shelby is a breathtaking retelling of the hit BBC series delivered by the incredible Rambert dance company, accompanied by a live band performing hits from the iconic soundtrack.
Written by the show’s co-creator Stephen Knight, the production opens in the fields of Flanders before moving onto the Shelby family growing their empire in post-war Birmingham.
Part dance performance, part live gig, captivating choreography is heightened by a specially commissioned score that recalls tracks from Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds, Radiohead, Anna Calvi, The Last Shadow Puppets, Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes and Black Rebel Motorcycle Club.
Following sell-out performances at the Hippodrome in 2022/23 Rambert returns to the venue by popular demand from Wed 11 Jun – Sat 14 Jun. Tickets are on sale now, grab yours using the button below.
