A spectacular concert marking the 25th anniversary of the legendary, Academy Award-winning The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring is coming to Birmingham.

Howard Shore’s original iconic scores will be performed live by The City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra alongside a high definition screening of the film at bp pulse LIVE on Sat 19 Dec.

The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring in Concert tour also includes dates in Manchester, Dublin, Glasgow and London.

This unique performance sets the score to the film, but allows the music to bear the narrative weight, ‘creating a wholly new and dramatic live concert experience.’
