A thrilling new dance show inspired by the landscape and culture of West Kerry in Ireland heads to Birmingham this February.
MÁM will see 12 incredible dancers transform the backdrop of Birmingham Hippodrome into a whirlwind of myth and magic, set to a collaborative soundtrack created by virtuoso Irish traditional concertina player Cormac Begley and European classical contemporary collective s t a r g a z e, performed live on stage.
The Olivier Award-nominated show, which is described as ‘90 minutes of ritualised ecstasy’ by The Irish Times, as enjoyed sellout performances at Sadler’s Wells and at festivals all around the world. It now comes to Birmingham’s Hippodrome Fri 6 Feb – Sat 7 Feb.
