From iconic murder mysteries and al fresco Shakespeare to iconic tales from Oscar Wilde, here are some of the best theatre shows to book now in Birmingham.
Based on the famous novel by Michael Morpurgo, the powerful and moving stage adaptation of War Horse comes to The Alexandra this summer. The venue’s stage will be filled with astonishing life-sized horses created by South Africa’s Handspring Puppet Company, as stirring music soundtracks Albert’s treacherous journey to bring his horse, Joey, home.
In what is undoubtedly one of the most talked-about stage shows of the year, Hamlet Hail to the Thief comes to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre this June.
