Wayne McGregor is renowned for the incomparable creativity of his dance, encompassing aspects of science and art in his choreography, Atomos features an intricate myriad of movement with ten dancers flitting from staccato slices to liquid fluidity, morphing and moulding into countless shapes. McGregor has collaborated with a team of extraordinary creatives to fulfil this immersive vision, such as lighting designer Lucy Carter and filmmaker Ravi Deepres. The costumes are from the futuristic and incredibly innovative Studio XO, whilst the accompaniment is by neo-classical ambient composers A Winged Victory For The Sullen. All of these elements come together to form an experience that is unlike any other, with 3D glasses required for some elements, Atomos is an hypnotic and unforgettable high-tech work.
