It’s taken a couple of months to shake off its former ‘nondescript local’ image, but the smart new desi-restaurant at the Bog-end of Moseley now offers something well worth a sharp swerve off the regular curry triangle route for. Booking is well-advised at weekends to secure even an early slot. We recommend the Prawn Jalfrezi if you’re a curry leaf and mustard seed type spice combo connoisseur, the Butter Chicken is exquisite and huge char grilled sizzler platters of tikka, sheesh kebabs and lamb are ridiculously good value. Plentiful vegetarian offerings too and ‘proper’ naan bread. We dig.
