Strictly Bangerz at Club PST (£2)
Ok it’s not free but we’re pretty certain there’s a couple of quid in that kitchen draw where you keep all those batteries that don’t work, so no excuses. Terminator 2 at The Mockingbird (£1)
Schwarzenegger’s T-800 gets a goodie two shoes remix as the shape shifting T-1000 tries to finish the job Arnie couldn’t in the original. There are plenty of hi-octane thrills and spills to be had in James Cameron’s kinetic sequel.
Wed 3 Jan 7.30pm at The Mockingbird, Custard Factory, Digbeth, Birmingham B9 4AA £1 www.facebook.com
The Running Man at The Mockingbird (£1)
The second one pound Schwarzenegger screening of the week at The Mockingbird is Starsky, Paul Michael Glaser’s, adaptation of Stephen King’s dystopian novel. Disliked by Arnie and far removed from the source it’s 2017 set plot is nonetheless scarily prescient.
