Famed NME photographer and visual artist Steve Gullick releases his new album as Tenebrous Liar with a one-off, multimedia gig at the abandoned Coventry Telegraph offices on Corporation Street. ‘The Cut’ is a corrosive, nightmarish trip of guttural guitar echoing the isolation and frustration of the age: part Swans, part PiL, all disorientating but hypnotising chaos. There’ll be moving installation visuals designed by Gullick himself and a selection of his artwork displayed. Support comes from krautrock stoner rock outfit, Black Helium and one of the city’s finest new attractions, Fütumche.
