Turn the glitter dial up to 11 for Magic Door’s imminent 5th birthday celebrations with the notoriously dazzling party-mad denizens pulling out all the sparkling stops and surprises for this one. Expect the momentous occasion of their 5th year to be marked by typically wildly creative excess, but don’t look for many more clues than that as it’s a full-on secretive affair. All they will confirm is that they’re upping the usual glitz and glamour that attracts party-goers from across the country to don their gladdest rags and run wild across the labyrinth of themed rooms unwrapping all sorts of unexpected party surprises as they go. Lab 11’s terrace, warehouse, yard and hidden warren of spaces will provide the perfect space for Magic Door’s sensorial odyssey to unfold. Residents Maxxi Soundsytem, Jukes of Hazard and Mr Doris will supply the pulsating disco and house soundtrack with a little help from secret guest DJs to be revealed on the night.
