The Just So Festival returns to Cheshire this August with a deliciously wild dinner-time theme including a whole new area dedicated to food with a Binner Party from ace chef Mary Ellen McTague & Real Junk Food Project Manchester, Insect Eating, Foraging and an en mase Jelly Fight along with the usual music, theatre, authors, dance, comedy and breathtakingly creative children’s workshops. Recently awarded Best Festival by the National Outdoor Events Association, Just So takes place in the woodland clearings and rolling parkland that surrounds Georgian stately home, Rode Hall. Squarely aimed at families, the site feels like a fantastical adventure playground with immersive theatre, circus workshops, story telling in the woods and opportunities for dressing up and acting out around every corner. The 2017 edition also includes a jelly bean architectural challenge, and the chance to play your own instrument in a vegetable orchestra.
