GLAS introduces ‘VOCAL’ to Brummagem ravers, a celebration of vocal house music, funky and feel-good in equal measure. Sandy Riviera of Kings of Tomorrow fame is the esteemed guest for the evening, whose wistful 2000 single ‘Finally’, which featured vocals from Julie McKnight, is widely thought to be one of the finest house records ever made. Clearly, Riviera’s deep, soulful house sound has stood the test of time, and it is a testament to his longevity that as he continues to blend uplifting house, tech-house and styles from the funkier side of the house spectrum, he remains an extremely sought-after name in the dance music world. This event will also mark the unveiling of LAB11’s refurbished main room and all-new heated, fully covered terrace, which will be transformed into a raver’s paradise with large-scale production throughout.
