This weekend festival sees Seasonal Markets and local dons of all things dance groove Leftfoot coming together to present a two day festival of sizzling street food, soulful sounds and vintage clothes. Legendary DJs Norman Jay, Don Letts and Danielle Moore from Crazy P will top the bill and rock the foundations of the streets of Digbeth.
Music lovers, foodies, fashion fiends – and their families are all invited to Digbeth’s The Bond over the weekend to catch an area transformed into a magical ‘botanical themed wonderland’. The combination of historic Victorian architecture and high-quality modern facilities amongst planted, cobbled courtyards, canal-side cafés and exotic street stalls invites a magical experience for all. Note: Mothers go FREE on Sunday.
Taking inspiration from South East Asian night markets, the weekend looks set to fill the backstreets with an assortment of weird and wonderful food, cocktails and crafts as well as a selection of specialist bars and vintage clothes stalls including favourite Brum vintage vendor’s spanking new Off The Scale bus. Digbeth Dining Club favourites Andy’s Low n Slow, Baked in Brick, Buddha Belly and Caribou Poutine will all be providing soul food to sample alongside the sounds.
