The Rainbow Venues’ annual Halloween festival is back with a huge line-up of world-renowned DJs and immersive production courtesy of Seedy Sonics and 02.31, taking place across five completely transformed rooms hidden deep in the darkest corner of Digbeth. If you dare, head to Lower Trinity Street and enter the haunted circus: dance the dance of death to the sounds of headliner Wilkinson’s frenetic drum and bass, pay a visit to witch doctor Lee Walker in the Warehouse and fall under the spell of DJ Haus’s black magic in the Blackbox. For this event over fifty actors, acrobats and circus performers will all come together to create an experience like no other, turning Birmingham’s biggest rave destination into a house of horrors to rival any other this Halloween. Throw on your scariest outfit, grab your crucifix (you know, to ward off evil spirits) and venture on in for one of the biggest nights of the year. Also set to perform are DJ Target, the Heatwave, Sam Divine, Toucán, Applebum and more.
Sat 29 Oct, Rainbow, Lower Trinity Street, Birmingham, B9 4AG, Tel: 0121 771 1521, 6pm-4am, from £20, www.skiddle.com
